Health Guarantee

At Exquisite Kittens Haven, the health and well-being of our kittens are our highest priority. We are committed to raising kittens that are not only purebred but also healthy, happy, and well-adjusted before they join their new families.

Our Guarantee to You

  • Veterinary Health Check: Every kitten undergoes a complete examination by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our care.

  • Vaccinations & Deworming: All kittens are up to date on core vaccinations and have been regularly dewormed.

  • Health Certificate: Each kitten comes with an official veterinary health certificate confirming their condition at the time of adoption or shipment.

  • Genetic Health: We take great care in our breeding practices to reduce the risk of hereditary and genetic issues.

Buyer’s Responsibility

  • While we do everything possible to ensure your kitten is healthy, it is important for new owners to continue proper care:

    • Schedule a vet check within 72 hours of receiving your kitten.

    • Keep up with vaccinations, parasite prevention, and routine veterinary visits.

    • Provide a safe, clean, and loving environment with proper nutrition and attention.

Terms of the Health Guarantee

    • If a licensed veterinarian finds a life-threatening congenital defect within the first 12 months, we will work with you to offer a replacement kitten of equal value when available.

    • The guarantee does not cover health issues caused by neglect, injury, poor nutrition, or failure to follow veterinary advice.

    • Common minor conditions such as parasites, colds, or stress-related issues (which are treatable) are not covered, as they can occur with any animal during relocation or environmental changes.
